tomorrow is another day

It's been a long day- and we have yet to get any real response out of Isaiah. He now has a fever, and is having a hard time keeping the correct chemical balance he needs to allow his brain to recover because his liver isn't working that well.  There is some general consensus that the next day or so will help us get a clearer picture of what we're dealing with in terms of isaiah's potential recovery to what is being treated as a recent brain injury (as opposed to an on-going one).

Thanks for the on-going support- we appreciate it- especially since we were not really prepared for the complications isaiah is having, and did not pack for a prolonged stay. And I'm not just talking about clean socks.

Chicago seems a million miles away today but the three of you are close - in our hearts, in our thoughts, in our prayers - take courage from the hundreds who would hold you up with their love and concern. You know you have ours! Grandma and Grandpa Voss
